Zantedeschia ‘Grape Velvet’

Zantedeschia Grape Velvet, commonly known as the Grape Velvet Calla Lily, features rich, deep purple blooms with a luxurious velvety finish. This elegant summer-flowering plant creates a striking display in garden beds, borders, or patio containers. With its refined appearance, it makes an eye-catching addition to any garden.

This variety flourishes in sunny or partially shaded spots, preferring well-drained, fertile soil. Regular watering and monthly feeding during the growing season promote healthy growth and abundant blooms. Its tall, upright stems make it an excellent choice for cut flowers, adding a touch of sophistication to floral arrangements.

In colder climates, lift the tubers before frost, allowing them to dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, frost-free location for winter. Replant in spring for another stunning display. Zantedeschia Grape Velvet is a perfect choice for gardeners looking to add bold, dramatic colour to their summer landscapes.
